Business Launch, Pride Flash Mob

I am a Business coach & award winning public speaker, with a key focus on promoting equality, diversity and inclusivity for LGBTQ people, in the workplace. I selected the date for the launch to coincide with Pride Month on the 26th June, knowing how important this month is for the LGBTQ+ community. I collaborated with Clubmob to make this project reality-based with an LGBTQ concept, the aim being to promote the idea that traditional gender roles should not enable discrimination in the workplace. As part of my mission is to encourage authenticity and acceptance in the work environment, my message is 'BE TRUE TO YOU' "The accompanying flash mob dance is symbolic of the freedom that comes from having equal status, where people feel no need to hide their gender preference, in order to gain employment or be promoted. The dance is also a celebration of those companies who have already made positive changes to incorporate equality, and inclusivity for LGBTQ people, into policies, procedures and good-practice. I was inspired by Sir Richard Branson, (who I have admired for decades), and the manner in which he has not been afraid to court controversy - either with his business launch choices, or his support for equality, diversity and inclusivity.
