Your power of perception starts with your internal voice. The way you speak to yourself, and the meanings you make have a significant impact on how you see the world, and your impact in that world.

Having trained in Mindfulness, NLP, and self-hypnosis, I can help you to gain insights that will enable you to achieve clarity, raise your expectations and achieve new targets.

Bespoke coaching to implement an individualized action plan

  • Initial pre-assessment to identify core issues

  • Session to identify solution focused outcomes

  • A programme of 6-8 sessions (1 or 1.5 hrs long)

  • On-going assessments and self evaluations to track your progress

  • Reflection Report related to your key achievements and next targets for success

By mutual agreement, we can design a programme with longer or fewer sessions, based on your individual needs.
