How to be Vulnerable
Be vulnerable is fundamental in our life but it's so hard! I had to learn to be vulnerable and when I made the final decision of starting my YouTube Channel, one of my goals was to be vulnerable. I love Brene Brown who helped me a lot to find my self during one of my darkest period; 4 years and half ago. We are not born to be vulnerable, we live in a society where most of the people pretend to wear a mask, but I think it's tiring after a while. When I finally eliminated my mask, I finally see my self for who I am and I was in the past. Finally, I'm not looking for approval of the other people and especially please them.

What I want to do in my life? ( a really difficult, challenging, incredible hard full of pain) why??? Because I did not want to be my self, pretending to be something different and hating the word vulnerability.
During my discover, I found the passion not only to help people with difficulties but also to be a motivational speaker', telling the people what for me is truth, if you are not vulnerable I'm sorry but I think you are using a mask to hide yourself When I started my YouTube Channel,as I said I want to be vulnerable with my opinions, tips that come from my knowledge of being a coach, nlp, using cbt, hypnotherapy but especially from my life experience To be vulnerable it's an act of courage and I hope all of you enjoy the video
