How to deal with failure and solutions

Failure is part of our life. We all have failed and it depends on us how to react. I talk about how failure has been part of my life and how I have dealt it. Failure is part of success and it doesn't come from me but all successful entrepreneur said how fundamental their mistakes and their failure were part of their success. I talk on how difficult is for a gay man or someone part of the LGBTQ community to deal with failure. We can feel as failure since we are born because this society is built not for minorities but it's ok because we find a way to deal with challenge and we built resilience.
